By submitting content, you agree to this UGC Policy, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not submit User Generated Content.
1. What Is Considered User Generated Content (UGC)
UGC includes, but is not limited to:
- quiz questions and answers
- explanations, fact descriptions, commentary
- custom quizzes, packs, collections
- text, images, graphics, media files
- tags, categories, and labels
- usernames, avatars, comments, or messages submitted inside Trivio.NET
- any other content created or uploaded by users
2. Your Responsibilities as a Creator
By submitting UGC, you confirm that:
- You are the original author of the content; or
- You have the legal rights and permissions to use and submit it;
- Your submission does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Your content is accurate, safe, and appropriate for all audiences;
- You follow all guidelines described in this Policy.
3. License You Grant to Trivio.NET
By submitting UGC, you grant Trivio.NET a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to:
- use
- store
- edit
- modify
- translate
- adapt
- reproduce
- distribute
- publish
- publicly display and perform
- create derivative works
- promote the content
- include your UGC in Trivio.NET’s games, features, marketing materials, and partner products
4. Prohibited Content
You may NOT submit content that is:
- Illegal or harmful
- explicit sexual content
- minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
- hate speech, racism, discrimination
- violence, threats, self-harm encouragement
- bullying, harassment, abusive language
Unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate:
- misinformation, fake facts, conspiracy theories
- political propaganda or election influence
- extremist or radical content
- religious proselytizing
- medical, legal, or financial advice presented as fact
- dangerous challenges or harmful behavior
Violating rights:
- copyrighted material you do not own
- trademarks, brand assets, or logos without permission
- private information (real names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
Spam or disruptive content:
- advertising or promotional material
- repeated low-quality submissions
- AI-generated content without review or fact-checking
- malicious links, malware, scripts
5. Moderation & Enforcement
Trivio.NET reserves the right to:
- review any submitted UGC
- edit content for clarity, accuracy, or safety
- hide or remove UGC without notice
- restrict or block access to creator tools
- suspend or permanently ban user accounts
- refuse publication of any content at its discretion
6. Reporting Harmful or Unsafe Content
If you encounter content that violates this Policy:

7. User Liability & Indemnification
You are fully responsible for the content you submit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trivio.NET, its employees, partners, and affiliates from:
- any claims
- damages
- losses
- liabilities
- legal fees
8. Content Removal & Account Suspension
Trivio.NET may remove UGC or restrict access if:
- the content violates this Policy
- the content is low-quality or harmful
- the creator repeatedly breaks rules
- the account is involved in suspicious or malicious activity
- requests are received through legal processes or copyright claims
9. Safe and Fair Play Principles
To create a fair experience for all users, Trivio.NET enforces the following rules:
- No cheating, automation, bots, manipulation of games or rankings
- No farming ads, abusing rewards, or exploiting the system
- No attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Trivio.NET services
- No impersonation of staff or other players
- No creating multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay
10. Age Requirements
Creators must be:
- 18+ years old
- Have verifiable parental/guardian consent in accordance with applicable laws
11. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
UGC must not contain:
- real names
- photos of identifiable people without consent
- addresses, emails, phone numbers
- sensitive personal data
12. Modification of This Policy
Trivio.NET may update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of creator tools constitutes acceptance of any updates.
